Why Fix My App
How Fix My App works
Prioritize the growth levers
Quick wins, deeper UX issues, paywall friction, and retention gaps are mapped so the team knows what to test, fix, or redesign first.

Shape the solution
Recommendations become clearer flows, stronger upgrade moments, A/B test ideas, wireframes, UI direction, prototypes, and handoff-ready UX.

FAQ
Not sure where to start?
Share the app, website, or flow you’re trying to improve. I’ll help you decide whether a focused review, UX/UI support, or a custom project makes sense.

Product UX/UI Strategist
How does the focused UX review work?
You share one key journey - onboarding, paywall, homepage, website flow, or core product experience. I review the flow, identify friction points, and send clear priority fixes through a Loom/PDF walkthrough.
Do I need analytics data to start?
No. Existing analytics helps, but it’s not required. I can review the journey as-is, or help set up funnels and events so you can start tracking where users drop and what needs fixing.
What happens after the audit?
You can use the recommendations with your team, or we can continue into strategy, wireframes, UX/UI design, prototypes, and handoff-ready flows.
How long does a focused review take?
Most focused reviews can be completed within a few days, depending on the scope and material shared.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. I can support agencies with UX audits, product strategy, wireframes, UI screens, and client-ready recommendations.
Can projects stay confidential?
Yes. Client work, app names, internal screens, and audit details can stay confidential unless you approve otherwise.
